1. Who is responsible
AcidWallets is operated by ACIDFIRM LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”), which also operates AcidFirm and AcidCrypto. Your AcidWallets account is an account on the same system as AcidFirm, so AcidFirm's Privacy Policy applies to it too. This notice adds what is specific to AcidWallets.
2. What we collect
- Account data from your AcidFirm or AcidCrypto account: your name, email address and username, and whether your identity is verified. We do not receive or store your identity documents; they stay with our identity-verification provider.
- Linking data: which of our prop firms you have linked to AcidWallets, and when you last used each link.
- Wallet records: every movement of your balance — payouts credited, purchases, refunds, withdrawals, fees and corrections — with amounts and times.
- Withdrawal data: the TRON addresses and labels you add, when and from which IP address you added them and requested each withdrawal, the transaction hashes of the withdrawals we send, and the results of our checks on the blockchain.
- Security data: your IP address, a device identifier stored in your browser, the browser and device type, your sign-ins, 2FA events and any security holds.
- Communications: the emails we send you and the messages you send to support.
3. Why we use it
- to run AcidWallets and keep an accurate record of your balance (to perform our contract with you);
- to protect your account and your balance: 2FA checks, security holds, new-device alerts and withdrawal reviews (our legitimate interests, and your safety);
- to check withdrawals on the public blockchain;
- to prevent fraud and money laundering, apply sanctions rules and keep accounting records (legal obligations and legitimate interests);
- to send you service emails about your balance, payouts, purchases, withdrawals and security. AcidWallets does not send marketing emails.
Security holds start automatically after certain changes to your account. You can ask a person to review any such decision by contacting us.
4. Who we share it with
- AcidFirm and AcidCrypto, which are operated by us and share one account system with AcidWallets;
- service providers who help us run AcidWallets: server hosting, network security, email delivery, a TRON blockchain data provider, and our identity-verification provider (through AcidFirm). Each receives only what it needs;
- professional advisers, and courts, regulators or authorities where the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor, if our business or part of it is transferred.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. The public blockchain
A withdrawal is recorded on the public TRON blockchain. The receiving address, the amount and the time can be seen by anyone, permanently, and we cannot delete them. The market prices in AcidWallets come from a public exchange data service that our servers ask; we do not send your personal data to it.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our servers are hosted. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to keep it protected.
7. How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
- Wallet records, payout records and withdrawal data: these are accounting records. We keep them for as long as your account exists and afterwards for as long as the law requires — and in any case for at least 5 years.
- Security data: for as long as it is needed to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
8. Security
Every withdrawal and every new withdrawal address needs a 2FA code. New addresses wait 24 hours, and withdrawals and new addresses pause for 24 hours after a security change. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. Every balance movement is a separate record that the balance is checked against. No system is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy in a portable form. You may also complain to a data-protection authority. Deletion is subject to the records we must keep and to the account-closing rules in our Terms. To use these rights, contact support@acidfirm.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
10. Cookies and browser storage
We use one first-party cookie to keep you signed in (it lasts up to 7 days), your browser's local storage to recognise this device and to remember a referral code you arrived with, and session storage for the moment you sign in through a prop firm. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Age
AcidWallets is not intended for anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about a material change on this site or by email before it applies.
