Your balance depends on us
Your AcidWallets balance is a payout we owe you and have not yet paid out. While you keep it with us, you rely on us to pay it later. If we became unable to pay our debts, you could lose some or all of it.
Withdrawals may not be available yet
Withdrawals to your own wallet are available only once we switch them on — at launch they are not — and AcidWallets shows them as “Coming soon” until then. While they are not available you can spend your balance on challenges or keep it, but you cannot take it out. If you need the money in your own wallet or bank account by a certain date, choose a crypto or bank payout on AcidFirm or AcidCrypto instead of AcidWallets.
Not a bank, not insured, no interest
AcidWallets is not a bank. Your balance is not a bank deposit, it is not covered by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme, and it earns no interest.
USDT and the TRON network
Withdrawals, once available, are paid in USDT on TRON (TRC20). A stablecoin can lose its link to the US dollar, and a network can be congested or fail. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: if you withdraw to a wrong address or to an address on another network, the money may be lost for good.
Delays and holds
Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by our team, and reviews, identity checks and security holds can delay them. A new withdrawal address can only be used 24 hours after you add it. Plan for this if you need the money by a certain date.
Your account security
Anyone who gets into your email, your password and your 2FA device can try to use your balance. The holds give you time to react, but they are not a guarantee. Once a withdrawal has been sent on-chain, it cannot be taken back.
Law and tax where you live
Rules on receiving, holding and exchanging crypto-assets differ between countries and can change, and some countries restrict them. You are responsible for checking that using AcidWallets is lawful where you live, and for any tax on your payouts and withdrawals.
AcidWallets can change
Features can be added, changed or withdrawn. Other features marked “Coming soon” may never arrive. If we stop offering AcidWallets, we will give you at least 14 days' notice and explain how you can use your balance or be paid it.
Market prices
The crypto prices shown in AcidWallets are for information only and may be delayed. Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose value quickly. Nothing in AcidWallets is investment advice.
Buying a challenge
A challenge is an evaluation, not an investment. Most traders do not pass, and the price is at risk in full. Refunds follow the prop firm's own refund policy.
