Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AcidWallets (acidwallets.com) is operated by ACIDFIRM LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”), which also operates the AcidFirm and AcidCrypto prop trading programmes. These Terms govern your use of AcidWallets. They are written in English; any translation is for convenience only. You can reach us at support@acidfirm.com.

2. What AcidWallets is — and what it is not

  • AcidWallets shows your payout balance: the approved payouts from our prop firms that you chose to take into AcidWallets and that we owe you and have not yet paid out, less what you have spent or withdrawn. It is shown in US dollars.
  • We pay it in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), one USDT for each US dollar minus the withdrawal fee, when you withdraw it. Section 7 explains when withdrawals are available.
  • AcidWallets is not a bank, an exchange, a custody service or an investment product. Your balance is not a deposit, a bank account or electronic money; it is not insured or covered by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme, and it earns no interest. We do not hold crypto-assets for you.
  • You cannot add money to AcidWallets from a card, a bank account, another wallet or another person.
  • Your balance does not expire while your account is open.

3. Who can use AcidWallets

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Where the age of majority where you live is higher, or a parent's or guardian's consent is required for someone of your age, you confirm that you have that consent.
  • One person may hold one account, in their own name.
  • AcidWallets is not available to anyone named on a sanctions list, or in countries or regions that are subject to comprehensive sanctions or where we are not permitted to offer it. We may restrict it in further countries or regions at any time.
  • You are responsible for making sure that using AcidWallets, and receiving USDT, is lawful where you live.

4. Your account and signing in

  • Your AcidWallets account is an account on the same system as AcidFirm: the same email, password and two-factor authentication (2FA). Creating an account here creates that account, and AcidFirm's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to it too. You do not have to buy anything.
  • Continue with your prop firm. You can sign in through AcidFirm or AcidCrypto. You sign in on that firm's own page, with your password every time and your 2FA code when it is on. We then link that prop account to your AcidWallets account. If you link more than one of our prop firms, you still have one wallet. We link a prop account only to the wallet of the same person, and we never merge two people's wallets.
  • From a linked prop account, AcidWallets shows your name, email address, identity-verification status (“Verified via …”) and your payouts. Your trading accounts stay on the prop firm's site.
  • Keep your password, your 2FA device and your recovery codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account, to the extent the law allows. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

5. How money comes into your balance

Only in these ways:

  • an approved payout from AcidFirm or AcidCrypto that you chose to send to AcidWallets. It is credited, with no fee, when the payout is approved, together with any evaluation-fee refund paid with it. The payout itself — whether you are eligible, how much, and our right to review it — is governed by that firm's Terms and your Funded Trader Agreement;
  • a refund of a purchase you made from your balance;
  • the return of a withdrawal that was cancelled, refused or failed;
  • a correction made by us.

If we credit an amount by mistake, or credit a payout that is later found to break the programme rules, we may reverse it, and we will tell you why.

6. Buying challenges with your balance

  • You can buy our prop firms' evaluations and other accounts that are on sale, at the price shown at checkout, including any valid discount code.
  • The balance must cover the whole price. It cannot be combined with another payment method.
  • The account is created at the prop firm, and that firm's Terms, trading rules and refund policy apply to it — including its payout fees: for example, an AcidFirm or AcidCrypto account bought on or after 28 September 2026, 00:00 UTC carries that firm's crypto payout fee, whichever way it was paid for. A refund of such a purchase is paid back to your balance.
  • If we cannot create the account, the amount — and any discount code you used — goes back to your balance automatically.

7. Withdrawals to your own wallet

When withdrawals are available. Withdrawals to your own wallet are available only once we have switched them on; until then AcidWallets shows them as “Coming soon”, and you can keep your balance or spend it on challenges (section 6). At launch they are not yet available, and we announce on this site and in AcidWallets when they open. When they are available, these rules apply:

  • You can withdraw only to a TRON (TRC20) address that you own and control — your own wallet, or your own account at an exchange — and that you have added to your withdrawal list. Never withdraw to an address that belongs to someone else. We may ask you to show that an address is yours.
  • To withdraw you need 2FA switched on, a verified email address and, where we ask for it, verified identity. Every new address and every withdrawal needs a fresh code from your authenticator app.
  • A newly added address can be used 24 hours after you add it.
  • The minimum withdrawal is $39. There is no fee: we pay the network fee, and the full amount arrives — for example, withdraw $100 and 100 USDT arrives. The amount you will receive is shown before you confirm.
  • The amount leaves your balance when you request the withdrawal. While the withdrawal is still waiting to be sent, you can cancel it and the amount returns to your balance.
  • Our team reviews and sends withdrawals by hand. We aim to send them within one business day, but this is not a guarantee, and reviews and holds can take longer.
  • We email you when a withdrawal is sent, with its transaction hash. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed: money sent to an address you gave us cannot be recovered, even if the address was wrong. If a transfer we sent fails on the network, we return the amount to your balance.
  • Limits apply. Today they are: up to 3 withdrawals in progress at a time, 10 withdrawal requests and 5 new addresses in any 24 hours, 10 addresses on your list and $100,000 in a single withdrawal. The app tells you when you reach one.

8. Security holds

For your safety, withdrawals and new withdrawal addresses are paused for 24 hours after your password, your 2FA settings or your email address change — including when our support team resets your 2FA — and for 1 hour after 5 wrong 2FA codes. We email you when a hold starts. If you did not make the change, contact us at once. A hold does not stop payouts arriving or purchases in the shop.

9. When we may pause, refuse or delay

We may freeze your balance, which stops withdrawals and purchases while payouts can still be credited, and we may refuse or delay a withdrawal or purchase, where:

  • we suspect fraud, unauthorised access to your account, or a breach of these Terms or of a prop firm's Terms;
  • we are reviewing a payout that was credited to your balance — approving a payout does not end our right to review it;
  • we are verifying your identity or a withdrawal address;
  • sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules or other law require it, or a court or authority asks us to.

We tell you when we do this, unless the law does not allow us to.

10. What you must not do

  • send, transfer, sell or assign your balance to another person, or use it as security (AcidWallets has no way to send money to another user);
  • let anyone else use your account, or use AcidWallets for money that belongs to someone else;
  • use AcidWallets for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose;
  • exploit an error in AcidWallets instead of reporting it to us.

11. Breach and forfeiture

If we block your account because you broke these Terms or the Terms of AcidFirm or AcidCrypto — for example fraud, holding several profiles or sharing an account — we may treat your balance as forfeited, to the extent the law allows. We tell you in writing which rule was broken. A trading account that closes because it reached a trading-rule limit, such as the maximum loss, is not a block and does not affect your balance.

12. Closing your account

  • Your account cannot be closed while it holds a balance, a withdrawal in progress, a purchase still being set up or an approved payout not yet credited. You are shown which one applies. Spend your balance first — or withdraw it, once withdrawals are available. It can be closed once nothing is outstanding.
  • We keep the record of your balance movements after closing, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
  • If we decide to stop offering AcidWallets, we will tell you at least 14 days in advance by email and on this site, and explain how you can use your balance or be paid it.

13. Features we do not offer yet

Anything else shown as “Coming soon” is not offered, and nothing in these Terms promises it or a date for it. That includes sending to other users, receiving from outside wallets, swaps, buying crypto with a card, other assets and networks, other prop firms, mobile apps, a browser extension and referral rewards. The market prices shown in AcidWallets are for information only: they may be delayed, they are not an offer to buy or sell, and they are not advice.

14. Fees

  • A payout from AcidFirm or AcidCrypto into AcidWallets: no fee.
  • Buying a challenge with your balance: the price shown at checkout, and nothing more.
  • A withdrawal to your own TRON (TRC20) address, once withdrawals are available: no fee (we pay the network fee); minimum $39.

We may change fees, minimums, limits and hold times. We will show a change on this site at least 14 days before it applies, and a change never applies to a withdrawal you have already requested. Fees that a prop firm charges on payouts sent elsewhere are set by that firm's Terms. You are responsible for any tax on your payouts and withdrawals.

15. Liability

  • AcidWallets is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses caused by a blockchain network, a stablecoin issuer, your own devices or accounts, an address you gave us, or events outside our reasonable control, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Apart from the balance we owe you, our total liability to you relating to AcidWallets is limited to the fees you paid us for AcidWallets in the 12 months before the claim. This limit never reduces the balance we owe you.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about a material change on this site or by email at least 14 days before it applies, unless the law requires it sooner, and continuing to use AcidWallets after that means you accept it.

17. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles — the same law and venue as the AcidFirm Terms & Conditions. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly.
